Every story I’ve told. Every taste I’ve shared
This is where memory, myth, and recipes live together.
Scroll slow. Something will call to you.
🎨 Visual Suggestion:
- Top section with a narrow banner image (e.g., old book pages, candlelight, rustic food table)
- Or: soft beige background with no image—just text
📚 Step 3: Add Your Post Feed Block
Go to the block editor and insert:
- Latest Posts block
- Style: grid or masonry
- Columns: 2 (mobile responsive)
- Show: featured image, post title, excerpt
- Remove: metadata (date/author) if you want minimalism
- Optional: show category name above the title if you’ll use tags like “Tale”, “Recipe”, or “Ritual”
🎨 Styling Suggestions:
- Featured images should match your brand: moody, cinematic, food-forward
- Use serif typeface for titles (like Playfair or Libre Baskerville)
- Excerpts should be short—either first paragraph or a poetic sentence
🔎 Step 4: Add a Filter or Search Bar (Optional)
If you’ll eventually have dozens of posts, add:
- A Search bar at the top or sidebar
- Or Categories block with:
- Tale (story-focused)
- Taste (recipe-focused)
- Ritual (lifestyle/mood)
- Behind the Scenes (Maker’s Table)
🎨 Tip: Use soft divider lines and gentle category tags. Keep it elegant.
💌 Step 5: Add a Subscribe Block at the Bottom (Optional)
End the page with a soft call-to-action like:
Want the next tale delivered to your inbox?
One story. One recipe. Once a week.
Add your email form (MailerLite, Mailchimp, etc.)
✅ Final Summary Layout:
| Section | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Header | Poetic entry point: “Every story I’ve told…” |
| Post Feed | Auto-show latest posts with title/image/excerpt |
| Optional Filters | Search bar or category menu |
| Email Signup (Optional) | Invite to subscribe at the end |
